Frida Kahlo’s works come to life in Madrid: 2,500 animated frames and a look at the environment. The exhibition ‘Life and Work of Frida Kahlo’, designed by ACCIONA Engineering Culture, has arrived in the Spanish capital.

The Life and Work of Frida Kahlo exhibition , designed by ACCIONA Ingeniería Cultura, has arrived in Madrid. The exhibition tries to bring visitors closer to the work of the Mexican artist and to propose an environmental perspective in the face of the climate crisis.

A set of projections and more than 2,500 animated frames painted by hand by different artists make up this exhibition, which can be seen in a space created ad hoc for this project in the Delicias neighborhood of Madrid (Teatro Instante; C / Palos de la Frontera twenty).

Life and Work of Frida Kahlo takes a tour through the different artistic stages of the painter, which can be enjoyed while the music of the composer and pianist Arturo Cardelús, nominated for a Goya Award, plays .

The income generated by the visitors will be used to plant trees in Madrid and Mexico, in collaboration with the local governments of both cities and their renaturation plans.
