Super 3 Dedicates Thursday Afternoons To The Funniest Science

Super 3 dedicates Thursday afternoons to bring out the most entertaining and fun side of science with the premiere on September 16 of two programs dedicated to the smallest of the house and led by two expert disseminators for children and young people : ‘Efecte wow’ (20.15 hours), with the Catalan physicist Dani Jiménez , and ‘Bricociència’ (20.25), with the American Steve Spangler .

The first makes the leap to the small screen with new episodes after being broadcast on TVC’s digital platforms, on YouTube and Instagram. In each of their experiments, Jiménez and his team (Bet, Jordi and Pat) star in extreme challenges taking science to the limit: from putting the Els Catarres group inside a giant balloon to sleeping naked in an igloo. In this week’s edition, they convince the Buhos group to set up an express shower by mixing 200 liters of liquid nitrogen, 100 liters of water and 25 liters of soap.

Then it is the turn of the popularizer Steve Spangler with ‘Bricociència’, turned into a YouTube star with his scientific challenges posed with commonly used materials. The first program will explore air pressure with various experiments: vacuum-packaging a girl, putting a full glass of water upside down without dropping a drop, and exploding a soda can without touching it.
